Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bursa.Trade (the "Service"), a web application operated by INVEST & DEVELOP GROUP LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company located in Homestead, Florida, USA. Bursa.Trade also operates under the name pyOptionTraker — both names refer to the same service, and these Terms apply equally under either name. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a portfolio tracking, trade journaling, and analytics tool for stock and options traders. It helps you record, import, visualize, and analyze your own trading activity.

2. What the Service is NOT — no investment advice

The Service provides bookkeeping and analytics only. Nothing in the Service — including calculated metrics, payoff diagrams, risk scores, probability estimates, or any other output — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your email current so we can reach you about billing and service changes.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; by default, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (where an immediate-cancellation option is offered and chosen, access ends right away and no further renewals are charged). Promotional pricing (for example, discount codes) applies for the stated promotional period and then reverts to the standard price. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal. Refunds are handled case by case — contact us at the email below.

5. Your data and content

Your trade records, imports, notes, and settings remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process them solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import.

6. Broker connections

If you connect a brokerage account via API credentials, you authorize the Service to use those credentials solely to retrieve your account data (positions, orders, balances, market data) for display and analysis. We never place, modify, or cancel trades. You can remove stored credentials at any time in Settings.

7. Market data and accuracy

Quotes, prices, and derived analytics may be delayed, estimated, or incorrect, and are provided "as is" from third-party sources. Do not rely on the Service as your sole record; your broker's statements are the authoritative record of your account.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach security, access other users' data, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, resell access, or use the Service for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service. Upon account deletion we remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
